At the Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland, every day is a Dance Day!

The Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland (LTA) is one of six regional dance centres in Finland. Since its inception, the core objectives of the regional dance centre network have been to develop the dance sector, promote the regional and social accessibility of dance, and improve employment opportunities for dance artists.

Our development work is based on a profound understanding of the unique characteristics of dance. It aims to foster multidisciplinary, high-quality collaboration and expertise within society. The Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland operates in the regions of Southwest Finland and Satakunta, supported by the cities of Turku and Pori as well as the Arts Promotion Centre Finland (Taike).

The office of the Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland is located in the historic Manilla Culture Factory in Turku, at Itäinen Rantakatu 64b, Building C. Additionally, our Studio rehearsal space serves regional dance artists, communities, and other users in Manilla, right next to our office.
